Surefleet Australia (“Surefleet”) is pleased to announce that it is entering into a joint venture with Evolution Group Holdings Limited (Evolution). Evolution is the largest fully integrated traffic management company in Australia and New Zealand with in excess of 750 vehicles and over 1,000 staff.
Under the terms of the joint venture, Surefleet will manage all of Evolution’s fleet. In addition, the founder of Surefleet, Marshall Scott, will become the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Evolution with a primary responsibility for overseeing its national fleet network and driving a collaborative approach to group-wide solution design in fleet and traffic management, whilst maintaining the highest quality of safety and training.
Surefleet and its customers will benefit from the joint venture as it will be able to access Evolution’s national depot network as well as its greater financial resources and operating platform encompassing human resources, safety and compliance, financial and administration and information technology functions.
The Surefleet brand will remain and all existing clients of Surefleet will continue to receive the highest levels of support and service. Marshall will retain responsibility for delivering the benefits of the joint venture to Surefleet’s existing and prospective customers.
